On March 7, 1996, an exhibition of works by Gary Hill will open at Lia Rumma Gallery in Naples.

American artist Gary Hill researchers into the condition of perception and of interpretation of images and works trough the realization of installation and work which are at the same time interactive and that use video and audio system.

In Naples, he will show Learning Curve (still point) (1993), on the theme of the relation between theory and praxis in process of knowledge: Clover (1994), were four human figures represented walking in a wooded area stop being only an image and become instead a part of the apparatus of vision; Bing (1994), about the effects of technology, of images and of television on the discourse of the mind and about the relation between thought and words.
